Procedure: Freshmen are admitted to all sessions. Entrance exams should be taken prior to the application deadline. There is an early adŽmissions plan. Applications should be filed by February 15 for fall entry, August 31 for winter entry, January 31 for spring entry, and February 15 for summer entry, along with a $15 fee. A waiting list is an active part of the admissions procedure.
Transfer: Applicants must have 24 hours of college credit, with a miniŽmum GPA of 2.5. 30 credits of 128 must be completed at BYUH.
Visiting: There are regularly scheduled orientations for prospective students. There are guides for informal visits. To schedule a visit, conŽtact the University Relations Office at (808) 293-3660.
Financial Aid: 60% of undergraduates work part-time. Average annual earnings from campus work are $6000. BYUH is a member of CSS. The FAFSA is required. The fall application deadline is April 1.
International Students: The school actively recruits these students. They must score 475 on the TOEFL and also take the MELAB.
