International Students: There are 520 international students enŽrolled. The school actively recruits these students. They must score 500 on the TOEFL and also take the SAT I or ACT; the SAT I is preferred, with a score of 560 on each section.
Computers: The mainframe is an IBM ES/9000 with Sun SPARC 2000 servers. There are networked IBM-compatible and Macintosh computers available in labs, academic departments, and offices, or via modem. All students may access the system. There are no time limits and no fees. It is recommended that students in architecture have PCs.
Graduates: In 1997, 2721 bachelor’s degrees were awarded. The most popular majors were social sciences (21%), business management (19%), and education (8%). In an average class, 9% graduate in 3 years, 27% in 4 years, 52% in 5 years, and 63% in 6 years. 90 companies reŽcruited on campus in 1996-97.
