Computers: The mainframe is an IBM 9021 Model 260. For those who have an account on the mainframe, the Internet can be accessed from labs on campus. Students who have accounts may access the sys¬tem 22 hours per day. There are no time limits and no fees.
Graduates: In 1997, 782 bachelor’s degrees were awarded. The most popular majors were elementary education (17%), sociology (8%), and business administration (8%). In an average class, 20% graduate in 4 years, 31% in 5 years, and 36% in 6 years. 197 companies recruited on campus in 1996-97. Of the 1996 graduating class, 16% were en¬rolled in graduate school within 6 months of graduation and 80% were employed.
