Requirements: The SAT I, with a minimum composite of 850, or the ACT, with a composite of 18, is required. Kansas Wesleyan requires applicants to be in the upper 50% of their class. A GPA of 2.5 is required. Applicants must be graduates of accredited secondary schools or have earned a GED. An interview is recommended. AP and CLEP credits are accepted.
Procedure: Freshmen are admitted to all sessions. Entrance exams should be taken as early as possible. There is a deferred admissions plan. Check with the school for current application deadlines and fee. Notification is sent on a rolling basis.
Transfer: About 150 transfer students are enrolled. Transfers must submit transcripts from all colleges previously attended. Those students transferring fewer than 15 credit hours must submit ACT scores and a high school transcript. A minimum GPA of 2.0 is recommended. 63 credits of 126 must be completed at Kansas Wesleyan.
Visiting: There are regularly scheduled orientations for prospective students. There are guides for informal visits and visitors may sit in on classes and stay overnight. To schedule a visit, contact the Admissions Office.
