Transfer: 65 transfer students enrolled in 1997-98. Transfer appliŽcants should have earned 24 or more hours at an accredited institution and not be on academic or disciplinary probation. 30 credits of 126 must be completed at MNU.

Visiting:
There are regularly scheduled orientations for prospective students, including an academic fair, advising, class visitation, informaŽtional meetings, social activities, and experiencing residential life. There are guides for informal visits and visitors may sit in on classes and stay overnight. To schedule a visit, contact the Office of Admissions.

Financial Aid: The FAFSA and the college’s own financial statement are required. The fall application deadline is March 1.

International Students: They must score 500 on the TOEFL.

Computers: The mainframes are a DEC Microvax 3100 and a DEC ALPHA 4000. There are 40 general access PCs in the library, with an additional 35 in the computer lab reserved for business, math, and comŽputer science majors. All students have access to E-mail and the InterŽnet. Dial-up access is available any time from residence halls and off-campus sites. All students may access the system 7:30 A.M. to 11 P.M. Monday to Thursday and to 5 P.M. Friday; 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. Saturday. Students may access the system 30 minutes for Internet access; no limŽits for Metz lab. There are no fees.
